Menthol Cigarettes

Belle Fermiere – 6.6% ABV Saison

Belle Fermiere is Overshores’ signature saison.  Rich orange in color, this lightly hoppy Belgian style farmhouse ale is a perfect example of our house yeast’s bright tang and estery character. Eurpean noble hops balanced with American Simcoe, this is a perfect blending of Belgian tradition and new world flavors.

Perfect for pairing with soft cheese, artichoke, figs, shellfish and pasta dishes.

Simpel – 4% ABV Belgian Small Beer

Don’t call it a Session IPA!  Just as it sounds, the Simpel is the most basic of our offerings.  The Simpel is the lightest, but is also the hoppiest beer Overshores makes.  It is refreshingly dry and crisp unlike heavy and sometimes sticky IPA’s.  With a bright aroma from Overshores signature Belgian yeast, the Simpel is a perfectly refreshing beer for a hot summer day.  With a heaping helping of Centennial and Cascade hops, this beer is a study in grapefruit in a brut champagne-like body.

Light enough for hot days, or a perfect morning beer for Sunday brunch to revive the senses after a summer Saturday night.

Tripel Brun – 9.5% ABV Belgian Strong Dark

Overshores Tripel Brun combines Caramel and Munich malts with our Belgian base malt and Belgian yeast to create an amber 1.090 Tripel that is as malty and smooth as it is strong.  Our award winning flagship beer that is establishing Overshores as a respected brewer of fine Belgian ales.

Pair with strong cheese, cured meats, spicy mustard, grilled tomato, lamb, steak, lobster, duck.

Blanc de Blanche – 6.4% ABV Belgian Wit

Overshores Blanc de Blanche is a prime example of the Belgian wheat beer or wit.  Brewed with small amounts of coriander and dried orange peel, the Blanche exhibits a gentle complexity and smoothness that makes it perfect for summer parties, picnics, and meals on a deck or patio.

Pair with havarti, frites, antipasto, mussels, shrimp, haddock, veal.

Beligique du Noire – 9.5% ABV Belgian Strong Black

Overshores Belgique du Noire is a black roasted Belgian.  What stands out though is the Noire’s smoothness.  Unlike many black beers, the Noire exhibits no smokey bitterness whatsoever.  The Belgique du Noire is rich and smooth.

Pair with chocolate, orange, dates, nuts, balsamic reduction, roasted vegetables, duck, lamb.
