The following positions are currently being sought:

Market Manager, Sales – Connecticut

Must have alcoholic beverage sales experience in the Connecticut market with either beer, wine or spirits.

Ideal candidate will have established network of relationships with retailers across the state, particularly with upscale restaurants, wine and bottle shops, and craft beer bars.

Lead Brewer

Must have significant commercial brewing experience within an operating brewery or brewpub as Lead brewer or demonstrable readiness for that role.

Ideal candidate must have strong palate for detecting product defects and irregularities as well as gauging product maturity.

Familiarity with Belgian styles, high temp fermentation, high OG wort production, bottle refermentation, aging, wild yeasts a plus.

No smokers, please.

Assistant Brewer

Entry level candidates should have attended a commercial brewing or university level fermentation program and have some experience with working in an operating commercial production environment.

Office Manager

Ideal candidate will have experience doing payroll, managing basic accounting, scheduling appointments, working with suppliers, and wearing many hats to support non-brewing operations.
